<br /> The locations of the polling places are as follows: <br />Precinct (Ward) No. 1: Louisville Middle School <br /> 1341 Main Street <br /> Louisville, Colorado <br />Precinct (Ward) No. 2 : Louisville Community Building <br /> 801 Grant Avenue <br /> Louisville, Colorado <br />Precinct (Ward) No. 3 : Louisville Elementary School <br /> 400 Hutchinson Street <br /> Louisville, Colorado <br /> At the polling places indicated above, the votes shall <br />be registered by an electronic voting system by which votes will <br />be recorded on ballots or ballot cards by means of marking or <br />punching and subsequently counted and tabulated by electronic <br />vote-tabulating equipment. <br /> Any person who is at least eighteen (18) years of age, a <br />citizen of the United States, and who has resided in the State of <br />Colorado and in his municipal election precinct for thirty-two <br />(32) days immediately preceding this election, and who has <br />complied with the registration laws, shall be entitled to vote in <br />the election. The registration list for each municipal election <br />precinct shall contain the names and addresses of all electors <br />residing within the municipal election precinct whose names <br />appeared on the County registration records at the close of <br />business on the twenty-fifth ( 25th) day preceding the special <br />municipal election (i.e., Friday, February 24, 1989) . <br /> Those electors who are otherwise fully qualified to vote <br />at such election, but who are or will be unable to appear at the <br />polling place on the day of election, may contact Pamela Ferris, <br />City Clerk, city Hall, 749 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado, not <br />later than Friday, March 17, 1989, to determine whether they are <br />eligible to vote by absentee ballot, and if eligible, to make <br />application for such ballot.
