AUTHORIZATION TO PURCHASE TWO SINGLE AXLE DUMP TRUCKS WITH SNOW REMOVAL EQUIPMENT FROM NAVISTOR Phare: Included in the 1991 budget are funds for the purchase of two single axle dump trucks with snow plowing and sanding equipment. One truck is being paid for through the Water utility Fund. The other truck with snow removal equipment, and snow removal equipment for the first truck is being paid for out of the Capital Improvement Fund. The expense to the Capital Improvement Fund will be $85,090 and $35,950 to the Water Utility Fund. Both amounts are below budget estimates for this equipment. We are requesting authorization to purchase two single axle dump trucks with snow removal equipment (per attached specifi- cations) from Navistor International in the amount of $60,520 each, per State Bid Award Number 070-JB91-52. Hornbostel moved to authorize the purchase of two single axle dump trucks with snow removal equipment from Navistor Interna- tional in the amount of $60,520 each, per State Bid Award Number 070-JB91-52, seconded by Mayor Fauson. RESOLUTION NO. 1, SERIES 1991 FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAT - - LOUISVILLE PLAZA NO. 1 Tanoue read by title only, Resolution No. 41, Series 1991, "A Resolution approving a final subdivision replat for Louisville Plaza Filing No. 1." Franklin: The owner, Chandelle Properties, has requested approval of a replat of Louisville Plaza subdivision. The replat creates an additional lot (lot 2) which is the site of the proposed King Soopers Store. Davidson moved to approve Resolution No. 41, Series 1991, Final Subdivision Plat - Louisville Plaza No. 1, seconded by Howard. By roll call vote motion passed 7-0.
