.. .
OTHER REGULAR BUSINESS ITEMS ARISING AFTER PREPARATION OF AGENDA
NONE
CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT
NONE
CITY ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT
Brand: Reminded the Council of the work session.
Steve Baysinger will give a report on the
management studies for the Recreation Center.
The report from Scripps Howard on the cable
television survey will be on agenda. Gregg
Griffiths will be at the meeting and has come
up with some ideas to solve some of the
problems. The survey has come back and I am
giving you a copy tonight. Individual survey
instruments are available for your review in
my office.
Also the Homart Agreement will be on the
agenda. Susan Griffiths has completed the
review of the agreement and has given us a
rough draft of her comments. Then Homart
would like to discuss their proposed
amendment number 3.
The Mayor of Lafayette wants to get together
to discuss all the issues that need to be
discussed between the two cities. We can
arrange for this in Mayor later.
COUNCIL COMMENTS AND COMMITTEE REPORTS
Hornbostel: Stated with working with the Northwest Park-
way, she would like to commend staff for the
fine jOb they have done and all the time
spent on this project.
Mayor Fauson: I have received from the National League of
Cities a request of support to ask Congress
to reinstitute the regulations concerning
cable TV. I will bring this to the next
Council meeting and ask for your permission
to sign the letter that they have asked us to
sign.
ADJOURNMENT
With no further business Mayor Fauson moved to adjourn the
meeting, seconded by Howard. All in favor.
15
