.., .
them.
Andy Anderson, 2320 S. 96th street
Anderson: If you drive out to So. 96th to Carbon Road and
look to the east and the south you find a lot of
empty space there. One thing that I have learned
in construction is not destroying homes but going
around them. If they start coming through there I
don't think they have seen any fights yet. We are
never asked anything when it comes to this issue.
Jim Schreiter, 1716 So. 96th Street
Schreiter: You all know my feeling about this road. It
doesn't make any difference how far you move this
road it's going right down the middle of my
property. I'm going to preserve my farm land as
best I can. We have worked with Cellular One on a
draft lease agreement which has basically three
items for Council to consider. The lease payment
for rent is something that Rick Sullivan, with
Cellular One, would like to discuss with you. The
deposit amount would be dictated in part by the
amount of the rent. Cellular one would like to
discuss with Council the minimum term of the
lease. The agreement meets the requirements, we
do have comments from the Cemetery Board. If
Council wishes to approve this the next step is
the Special Review Use.
Rick Sullivan, Cellular One, 1001 16th Street, Denver, Colorado
Sullivan: Thanked the staff and the Cemetery Committee that
took the time out of their day to met with them
and agree with what they want to do. I think the
10
