--..
is. The question was asked whether we wanted that
included in the plan or not.
Howard: We haven't sent anything that has says no.
Fauson: I believe we said no.
Howard: No. You just said you were voting against includ-
ing it. You did not vote to say you were sending
something that you did not want it included. That
is completely different.
Sackett: Are you making a motion?
Howard: I'm not making any motions. I'm just telling you
as of right now, if the issue comes up before that
commission, Louisville has not taken a position.
Fauson: I think the motion read, that we include that in
there, and we said no. Motion was passed 4-3 with Horn-
bostel, Howard and Davidson voting no.
CONTINUE PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING NORTHWEST PARKWAY - TO RECEIVE
PUBLIC INPUT PRIOR TO FINALIZING THE INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENTS ON
THE PROPOSED MTDC NORTHWEST PARKWAY, WHICH IS IDENTIFIED AS THE W-470
ALTERNATIVE
Fauson: We are not making any decisions tonight since we do not have
final agreement on the IGA, and I would ask that
if you do want to speak you're welcomed to speak
at the proper time. But I believe it would be
fruitless to speak towards it any further. I
believe the motion was to continue the public
hearing until we get some final documentation and
something we know what we're going to do and
understand what we are going to do. Any further
presentation on the public hearing?
Griffiths: At the meeting last night, I spoke with Commis-
sioner Stewart and asked when we could expect to
see some final language and he was hopeful that we
would have it prior to the Council Meeting on the
16th of April.
Mayor Fauson suggested that all of the people that were present with
13
