HOUSEHOLD HAZARDOUS WASTE PERMANENT COLLECTION FACILITY Davidson: The Consortium of cities have been working on a Household Hazardous Waste proposal for about a year and at the last meeting the County presented it's plan. The program will be implemented in early of 1992, it would primarily for household hazardous waste. It requires an IGA. At this point the County wanted some kind of indication of whether Louisville would be willing to participate in this. The cost to Louisville is based on the usage by Louisville residents. (Please see attachment A). At this point what Boulder County would like is an indication that Council will put these kinds of funds into the 1992 Budget. Hornbostel: Felt this was a good idea to get started on. I think we should go with the minimal program right now. Carnival: Felt that this was a good project and would be willing to look at it during the 1992 Budget process. Davidson: What we are basically committing to is the concept of the idea. Howard: Also felt that this is a good concept. Howard moved to accept Councilman Davidson's proposal and continue with the process, seconded by Hornbostel. All in favor. CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT NONE CITY ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT Brand: For the Regular second meeting in June, most of us will be attending the CML Conference.
