Furthermore direct staff to quarantate access <br />with Boulder County should Boulder County wish to implement an <br />access plan, seconded by Mayor Fauson. By roll call motion <br />passed 6-0. <br />HOUSEHOLD HAZARDOUS WASTE PERMANENT COLLECTION FACILITY <br />Davidson: The Consortium of cities have been working on <br /> a Household Hazardous Waste proposal for <br /> about a year and at the last meeting the <br /> County presented it's plan. The program will <br /> be implemented in early of 1992, it would <br /> primarily for household hazardous waste. It <br /> requires an IGA. At this point the County <br /> wanted some kind of indication of whether <br /> Louisville would be willing to participate in <br /> this. The cost to Louisville is based on the <br /> usage by Louisville residents. (Please see <br /> attachment A). At this point what Boulder <br /> County would like is an indication that <br /> Council will put these kinds of funds into <br /> the 1992 Budget. <br />Hornbostel: Felt this was a good idea to get started on. <br /> I think we should go with the minimal program <br /> right now. <br />Carnival: Felt that this was a good project and would <br /> be willing to look at it during the 1992 <br /> Budget process. <br />Davidson: What we are basically committing to is the <br /> concept of the idea. <br />Howard: Also felt that this is a good concept. <br />Howard moved to accept Councilman Davidson's proposal and <br />continue with the process, seconded by Hornbostel. All in favor. <br />CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT <br />NONE <br />CITY ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT <br />Brand: For the Regular second meeting in June, most <br /> of us will be attending the CML Conference. <br /> We need to reschedule that meeting and wanted <br /> to know when you would want to do that. <br /> Council suggested that the week of the 24th <br /> 6 <br />
