<br /> 11.,1 <br /> CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> INFORMATION/APPROVAL OF 4TH ANNUAL "TASTE OF LOUISVILLE" <br /> CELEBRATION - AUGUST 3, 1991 <br /> PUBLIC COMMENTS <br /> Barbara Medina, 662 Sunnyside, Louisville, Colorado <br /> Resident on Sunnyside Street behind Safeway off of Centennial, <br /> spoke with Ward I representative Marie Szymanski regarding the <br /> traffic in this residential area. This road is often traveled at <br /> speeds that exceed the speed set for residential areas. <br /> Mayor Fauson directed the Public Works department to look into the <br /> situation and to make contact with Barbara Medina. <br /> Mayor Fauson presented a Certificate of Appreciation to Bernie <br /> Pecacheck and his family for their donation in time and labor to <br /> build the boccie court at the Keith Helart Park. <br /> Mayor Fauson presented a plaque to the City from the 25th Annual <br /> Spaghetti Open honoring the City of Louisville for outstanding <br /> support of the Louisville Chamber of Commerce. <br /> REGULAR BUSINESS <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1046, SERIES 1991 - 1991 BUDGET AMENDMENTS - 2ND <br /> READING - PUBLIC HEARING <br /> Ross read by title only Ordinance No. 1046, Series 1991, "An <br /> Ordinance amending the 1991 Budget by increasing revenue and <br /> appropriations in the General, Capital Improvement, Cemetery, <br /> Conservation Trust, Debt Service, Capital Construction, Water, <br /> Wastewater, Golf Course, and Internal Service Funds." <br /> Mayor Fauson opened the public hearing. Certification was <br /> established. <br /> Asti-caranci: Ordinance No. 1046 amends the 1991 Budget <br /> and adds a new fund called the Internal <br /> Service fund. Colorado Budget Law <br /> requires that the Ordinance be adopted at <br /> a public hearing after publication of the <br /> proposed Ordinance by a majority vote of <br /> City Council. <br /> Ordinance No. 1046 will amend the 1991 <br /> budget for the following reasons: <br /> l.
