The purpose of the revision is to reflect changes in the Colorado Statutes which specifically address and define the definition of Massage Therapists and which specifically exempt Massage Therapy or Massage Therapist from the massage code. The City is statutory and the codes are structured along the lines of the state statutes. It was therefore necessary and appropriate to consider amendments to our regulations as well.
