Scott Ross has some <br /> background information. <br /> Ross: Some ten years ago when the City acquired <br /> the 142 acre site from the Water and <br /> Sanitation District, the City decided to <br /> sell that parcel. It wasn't needed for <br /> any of the water improvements within the <br /> City. When that property was sold, <br /> $20,000 was put into an escrow account as <br /> part of the purchase price pending the <br /> removal of certain easements from the <br /> property. Those easements were never <br /> removed. The money still sits in the <br /> account today. The property is presently <br /> 8 <br />
