That is a valid question and a valid way to do that. I would support adding the three questions on the ballot. Fauson: I would also support those three questions. Council, we have been elected to make decisions for the people. Sometime those decisions are hard to make and we need some other guidance; maybe it is a poll to ask constituents what they want. I understand your consternation is saying that you need to ask these questions. I could support those three questions and I think we should keep them as simple as possible when we do ask those questions. If there is any more desire from Council to have more information so that they can make decisions, I think we ought to start doing some polls. Polls will help you determine what your constituents want and don't want. I would support the three courses that John has mentioned and I think for anything further than that we could do a poll later. If this creates any further questions in our minds we could do a poll and ask the people exactly what they want to do, if you need that further guidance. Howard: Is that a motion? If I understand what everybody is saying we would place option one of the attorney's suggested language on the November 5 ballot; we would direct the City Attorney to come up with some options for language for is a beltway concept between E-470 and C- 470 supported and two are people willing to pay any form of taxation for that road.
