Median Project Feedback <br />- In 2023, approximately 75,000 SF was renovated on 88th, Via Appia <br />near Rec Center and McCaslin north of Via Appia with emphasis on <br />fire impacted areas, turf conversion and ash tree replacement. <br />Project costs were—$750,000 or roughly $10/SF. <br />- In 2024, Council has appropriated $680,000. Based on an escalated <br />cost of $11/SF and withholding a 5% contingency, we should be able <br />to complete—60,000 SF. <br />`V: <br />
