Adjacent and east to 88th Street, one <br />half mile north of US 36. <br />The landowner/applicant is requesting approval of a <br />preliminary/final subdivision plat. <br />The property is located adjacent to, and immediately east of 88th Street. The property has <br />historically been in agriculture use, with exception of coal mining, which has left a subsidence <br />area at the northeast corner of the property. Subsidence potential rating is "low" based upon the <br />Boulder County Subsidence Report. <br />Directly to the west, beyond So. 88th Street is the Health Park subdivision, zoned Agriculture, <br />which was annexed as the "Spicer Annexation" in 1988. The proposed subdivision boarders 80 <br />acres to the south owned by STC Real Estate Corp., which was annexed to the City of Louisville <br />in 1981. Unincorporated parcels boarder the property on the north and east. <br />
