PAGE TWO <br />SUBJECT: Budget Study Session - Capital Projects Update <br />DATE: September 13, 2004 <br />Conservation Trust — Land Acquisition Fund <br />• The 2004 projected expenditures for the Callahan Trail have been increased by $30,000. This <br />increase is offset by $25,000 in Intergovernmental funds expected to be received from Boulder <br />County for the project. <br />• Several Trail projects have been shifted into different periods. The Avista Trail $30,000 was <br />transferred from 2005 to 2006. The CTC Trail and CCT (Aspen Way) trails $45,000 and $9,000 <br />respectively were transferred from 2006 to 2006. Finally, the Savage Pickett Trail was moved <br />from year 2007 to 2005 in the amount of $102,000. <br />• The Land Management Boundary Treatments capital project of $15,000 per year was removed <br />from the list. <br />Conservation Trust — Lottery Fund <br />• The Soccer /Multi Purpose Fields capital project of $40,000 and $590,000 in years 2006 and <br />2007 has been shifted to years 2005 and 2006. In order to adjust for the cash outflows in year <br />2006, a transfer of $180,000 from the Capital Projects Fund was shifted from year 2007 to 2006. <br />
