XCEL ENERGY PARTNERS IN ENERGY <br />Memorandum of Understanding <br />Implementation Phase <br />o Develop draft website content, outreach plan, and outreach toolkit based on <br />decarbonization roadmap. <br />o Train City staff, LSAB, and partnering organizations on how to use the outreach <br />toolkit through virtual training. <br />o Support the planning and execution of four regional decarbonization engagement <br />sessions, in collaboration with Superior and Lafayette. Support for the planning and <br />delivery of these sessions may include the identification of Xcel Energy speakers and <br />topic experts, development of promotional materials, development of informational <br />materials, and provision of catering. <br />o Host virtual meeting with City staff to review results of engagement and identify next <br />steps to support decarbonization goals. <br />Strategy R-2: Rental and Multifamily Engagement <br />o Lead preliminary research to summarize relevant decarbonization resources and <br />eligibility requirements for renters and/or multifamily properties. <br />o Lead the development of up to four "rental property decarbonization" success stories <br />including a write up and social media content. <br />o Host one virtual meeting with City staff to review results of engagement and identify <br />next steps to support decarbonization goals. <br />Strategy R-3: Mobile Home Engagement <br />o Host up to two virtual meetings with City staff and Louisville Sustainability Advisory <br />Board (LSAB) to gather background information about Parco Dello Zingaro including <br />previous engagement efforts and community characteristics. <br />o Conduct initial research to identify decarbonization barriers and opportunities unique <br />to mobile home residents. <br />o Host up to two virtual meetings with Xcel Energy staff to better understand program <br />structures and to identify potential opportunities to improve program access for <br />mobile home residents. <br />o Co -host up to three community partner meetings to bring together City staff and <br />community partners (as identified by the City). <br />o Attend up to one City -led waste event to share existing resources to support <br />decarbonization and promote upcoming listening session. <br />o Design, translate, and print door hangers to share existing resources to support <br />mobile home decarbonization and promote decarbonization listening session. <br />o Support the organization and delivery of one listening session by developing and <br />producing a summary of resources (e.g., printed flyer available in English and <br />Spanish) and providing catering. <br />o Host one or more meetings with City staff to review results of engagement and <br />identify next steps to support decarbonization goals. <br />Support funded by Xcel Energy for this strategy is not to exceed 280 hours. These hours will <br />include those provided through our Partners in Energy team from Brendle Group and do not <br />include support provided by Xcel Energy internal program staff. <br />
