Create a special deal for residents to build community support with <br />Chamber of Commerce members and Louisville business that are not chamber members. <br />Establish partnership with Louisville Parks & Rec for group lessons identified in their <br />catalogue. <br />FM <br /> - Facilities / Maintenance includes building a bathroom on the back nine holes, <br />creating a chemical storage facility and making improvements to maintenance facility <br />yard. <br />GR – Grounds includes all issues and opportunities related to the grassy areas, trees, <br />bunkers, irrigation system, drainage, lakes, playing conditions, hazard marking, course <br />layout, cart paths, parking areas and landscaping. <br />IR - Irrigation includes total irrigation system mapping, studies, replacement, partial <br />renovation, lake liners, and course drainage. <br />MA - Marketing improved signage to the course, participation in “Colorado Card and <br />Avid Golfer Card” like promotions. <br />PR - Policies and Rules includes speed of play enforcement; hours of operation of <br />practice facilities, Peak Player / Loyalty programs. <br />PS – Pro Shop optimize selection of merchandise. <br />Coal Creek Golf Course Strategic Requirements - GCAB 9 <br />2/22/2011 <br />
