Second Reading Amendments <br />Ordinance No. 1907, Series 2025 is revised to read as follows (second reading <br />amendments are shown in bold underline and bold stralke): <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1907 <br />AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING BY REFERENCE THE 2024 INTERNATIONAL <br />BUILDING CODE, 2024 INTERNATIONAL RESIDENTIAL CODE, 2024 <br />INTERNATIONAL MECHANICAL CODE, 2024 INTERNATIONAL FUEL GAS CODE, <br />2024 INTERNATIONAL FIRE CODE, 2024 INTERNATIONAL EXISTING BUILDING <br />CODE, 2024 INTERNATIONAL PLUMBING CODE, 2024 INTERNATIONAL <br />PROPERTY MAINTENANCE CODE, 2024 INTERNATIONAL SWIMMING POOL AND <br />SPA CODE, THE 1997 UNIFORM HOUSING CODE, AND THE 2024 INTERNATIONAL <br />ENERGY CONSERVATION CODE <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has from time -to -time adopted certain building and <br />construction standards; and <br />WHEREAS, it is deemed to be in the interest of the public health, safety and <br />general welfare to adopt by reference thereto the updated editions of the above - <br />referenced codes; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council, after proper notice as required by law, has held a <br />public hearing on this ordinance providing for the adoption of said codes; and <br />WHEREAS, the updated editions of the above -referenced codes have been <br />submitted to the City Council in writing and the City Council has determined that such <br />codes should be adopted as herein set forth. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br />Section 1. Chapter 15.04 of the Louisville Municipal Code is hereby repealed <br />and re-enacted to read as follows: <br />Chapter 15.04 <br />INTERNATIONAL BUILDING CODE <br />Sec.15.04.010.
