<br />ORDINANCE NO. 401 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 377 KNOWN AS CHAPTER <br />13 OF THE LOUISVILLE MUNICIPAL CODE AND ALL SUBSEQUENT <br />AMENDMENTS THERETO RELATING TO THE ESTABLISHING OF RULES <br />AND REGULATIONS GOVERNING WATER RATES, AND PRIVILEGES <br />AND REPEALING AI~L ORDINANCES AND PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN <br />CONFLICT THERETO. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, <br /> <br />COLORADO: <br /> <br />Section 1. The following Sections of Ordinance No. 377 are <br /> <br />hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />"13-1-6" Tap FE!e. No water services shall be furnished to <br />the consumer until all tap fees and special fees <br />as hereinafter provided have been paid to the City <br />Clerk. The City shall provide a meter, yoke, <br />corporation valve, meter pit and all labor in- <br />volved installing the corporation valve, andthe <br />owner shall be responsible for all excavation and <br />installation of the service from the water main <br />to thE! structure served. <br /> <br />The tc~ fee shall be computed by reference to Tables <br />A and B following: <br /> <br />TABLE A <br />TABLE OF POINTS <br /> <br />1. Family Unit <br />2. Bedrooms (each) <br />3. Garbage Disposal <br />4. Automatic Washer <br />5. Automatic Dishwasher <br />6. Toilet or urinal <br />7. Lavatory <br />8. Bath Tub (w/ w/o shower) <br />9. Shower <br />10. Sink (other than kitchen) <br />11. Hose Bibs <br />12. Automatic SprinklE!r System <br />13. Automatic Fire Control (per 10,000 S.F.) <br />14.
