LE Cityo <br />f <br />Louisville <br />COLORADO • SINCE 1878 <br />City Council <br />Meeting Minutes <br />December 15, 2015 <br />City Hall, Council Chambers <br />749 Main Street <br />7:00 PM <br />Call to Order — Mayor Muckle called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br />Roll Call was taken and the following members were present: <br />City Council: Mayor Muckle, Mayor Pro Tem Jeff Lipton. <br />Council members, Ashley Stolamann, Jay Keany <br />Dennis Maloney, Susan Loo and Chris Leh <br />Staff Present: Malcolm Fleming, City Manager <br />Heather Balser, Deputy City Manager <br />Kevin Watson, Finance Director <br />Troy Russ, Interim Planning & Building Safety Director <br />Meredyth Muth, Public Relations Manager <br />Lauren Trice, Planner I <br />Nancy Varra, City Clerk <br />Others Present: Sam Light, City Attorney <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br />All rose for the pledge of allegiance. <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Mayor Muckle called for changes to the agenda and hearing none, moved to approve <br />the agenda, seconded by Mayor Pro Tem Lipton. All were in favor. <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA <br />Jean Morgan, 1131 Spruce Street, Louisville, CO suggested the City Council consider <br />purchasing an electronic sign and place it in front of City Hall to advertise City and local <br />events.
