Review and Approval of Minutes/February 20, 1997 Meeting-Minutes approved by <br /> unanimous voice vote. <br /> 3 Appeal case number BA - 97-001 -Applicant is requesting relief from Sections 2302 1, <br /> 2303 1 and 2317 of the Uniform Building Code <br /> Chair opens public hearing. <br /> Tom Talboom-This appeal is to determine the suitability of alternative materials which the <br /> applicant alleges to be equivalent to certain materials that are prescribed in the Uniform Building <br /> Code as adopted by the City of Louisville The application was received on April 2, 1997, and <br /> the notice of the date and time of this hearing was sent to the applicant on April 9, 1997 <br /> Giles Schurman- Chair Giles Schurman read the open remarks including summary of the <br /> Board's rules and procedures and the order of presentation for the hearing. <br /> Board Disclosure/Site Visits -No Board members disclosed a conflict of interest.
