<br />REGUlAR MEETlliG <br /> <br />LOUISVIlLE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />MARCH 7, 1978 <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak called the regular meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. with the <br />following Council members present: DiCarlo, DiLorenzo, Meier, Caranci, <br />Kilker and DelPizzo. Others present; City Administrator Wurl, City <br />Attorney Joss, City Planner Drumm, City Treasurer Hesson and City Clerk <br />Stahl. <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak and Council approved the <br />minutes of the February 21, 1978, meeting <br />as read. <br /> <br />ENCLOSURERS <br /> <br />Councilman DiLorenzo moved that the en- <br />closurers be accepted and brought up under <br />the proper head of business. Seconded by <br />Councilman Caranci. Motion carried. <br /> <br />COUNCIL ITEMS <br />MAIN STREET PARKING <br />RESOLUTION 118 <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl read Resolution #8, Series 1978, <br />regarding parking restrictions on Main St. <br />Councilman DelPizzo stated that he felt <br />Resolution #8 should be disregarded and <br />that Resolution #7 should be voted upon. <br /> <br />Councilman Caranci stated that this was <br />tried once before by Council and it did <br />not work. <br /> <br />Councilman DelPizzo then stated that he <br />felt both Resolutions #7 and #8 should <br />be disregarded and that Fantasyland be <br />allowed to use their front entrance. <br />He stated that with the resolutions, there <br />will be more problems. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl stated that in order for Fantasy- <br />land be able to use their front entrance <br />Resolution #7 would need to be adopted. <br /> <br />Councilman DiLorenzo asked Attorney Joss <br />if he found anything about curbs in front <br />of schools being painted yellow. <br />Attorney Joss stated that he checked and <br />could not find anything, other then it <br />is the power of the fire marshall to de- <br />signate a fire lane. <br /> <br />After discussion Councilman DiCarlo moved <br />that Resolution #8 be adopted by Council <br />and that Resolution #7 be automatically <br />adopted. Seconded by Councilman Kilker. <br />Roll call. DelPizzo no, DiCarlo yes, <br />Caranci yes, Me~er yes, Kilker yes <br />DiLorenzo yes. Motion carried. <br />
