The <br />following persons were present - <br />City CouncilPresent:Mayor Chuck Sisk <br />Mayor Pro Tem Sheri Marsella <br />Dave Clabots <br />Hank Dalton <br />Frost Yarnell <br />Ron Sackett <br />City Council Absent:Robert Muckle <br /> Staff Present: Malcolm Fleming, City Manager <br />Heather Balser, Deputy City Manager <br />Sam Light, City Attorney <br />Polly Boyd, Executive Assistant <br />Bonnie Star, Economic Development Director <br />Bruce Goodman, Police Chief <br />Troy Russ, Planning Director <br />Tom Phare, Public Works Director <br />Louisville Housing Terri Abbot <br />Authority MembersScott McKenzie <br />Present:Stephen Underhill <br />Walt Oehlkers <br />Update/Discussion –Regulation of Medical Marijuana <br />Moratorium on Medical Marijuana Dispensaries expires on March 31, 2011but <br />the decision about whether to ban or regulatein the City of Louisville will be <br />decided before this deadline. <br />Sam Light, City Attorney, presented information concerning the regulation of <br />medical marijuana and Council members shared their viewpoints about whether <br />to ban or regulate.
