He reviewed the 2024 achievements including the <br />mental health co -responder program, records management changes, recruiting, <br />community presentations, and writing and adopting a guiding document. The Chief <br />reviewed goals for 2025 including public safety partnerships, crime -prevention, and a <br />focus on traffic and pedestrian safety. <br />The Chief reviewed the departmental structure. Deputy Chief Fisher reviewed the <br />services division, the operations division, and leadership.
