The meeting was called to order by chair Theresa Rounds at 6:37 pm. <br /> <br />II. Roll call was taken and the following members were present: <br /> <br />Fred Banta <br />Michael Frontczak <br />Tim Gilpin <br />Jeff Haffner <br />Theresa Rounds <br />Susan Spaulding <br />Ellen Toon <br /> <br />Board member absent: Matt Tepe <br /> <br />Staff member present: Chris Lichty, City Forester <br /> <br />City Council member present: David Clabots, Ward I <br /> <br />III. The Board approved the proposed agenda. <br /> <br />IV. The Board approved the minutes from the regular meeting held on <br />January 4, 2007 with the following amendment: Susan's letter of appreciation <br />to CSU will be addressed to President Penley as well as to the Dean of <br />Agricultural Sciences. <br /> <br />V. Public comments on Items Not on the Agenda <br />Susan and Mike met tree expert Jim Ord, and suggested inviting him to speak <br />at the next meeting. Mike will contact him. <br /> <br />VI.
