<br /> RESOLUTION NO.3 <br /> SERIES 2006 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE BY-LAWS OF THE HORTICULTURAL AND <br />FORESTRY ADVISORY BOARD <br />WHEREAS, Section 10-2 (a) of the Louisville home rule charter provides that the term, <br />responsibilities, policies and other matters concerning each board and commission shall be as <br />established by resolution; and <br />WHEREAS, Chapter 14.20 of the Louisville Municipal Code, as repealed and reenacted <br />by Ordinance No. 1482, provides that the duties and responsibilities of the Horticultural and <br />Forestry Advisory Board ("HFAB") shall be listed in the HFAB By-Laws, which By-Laws shall <br />be subject to approval by resolution of the City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council by this Resolution desires to approve the HF AB By-Laws. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br />1. The City Council hereby approves the By-Laws of the Louisville Horticulture and <br />Forestry Advisory Board which are attached to this Resolution. <br /> 'L# <br /> Chafl .
