The meeting was called to order by Michael Frontczak at 6:30 pm <br />2. Roll call was taken and the following members were present: <br />Michael Frontczak <br />Theresa Rounds <br />Tim Gilpin <br />Jeff Haffner <br />Susan Spaulding <br />Matt Tepe <br />Ellen T oon <br />Board member absent: Fred Banta <br />Staff member present: Chris Lichty, City Forester <br />City Council member absent: Dave Clabots, Ward 1 <br />3. The Board approved the proposed agenda. <br />4. The board approved jthe minutes from the regular meeting held on Feb. 1, <br />2007. <br />5. Public comments not on the agenda: Jim Ord from Schmidt Nursery and <br />who lives in Louisville was present. Jim and HFAB had an informal <br />discussion. This discussion included: Use of Ash tree in urban environment, <br />Red and Prairie Ash are ~Jood varieties, Summit Ash is not.
