<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Historic Preservation Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />May 16, 2011 <br />City Hall <br />749 Main Street <br />7:00 <br />PM <br /> <br />Call to Order <br /> – Chairperson Peter Stewart called the meeting to order at 7:02 PM. <br /> <br />Roll Call <br />: <br />Commission Members Present: <br /> <br /> <br />Peter Stewart, Laurel Tofte, Steve Poppitz,Jessica Fasick, and Florian <br /> <br />Speier <br />Commission Members Absent: <br /> <br /> Mike Koertje (excused) and Heather Lewis (excused) <br />City Representatives: <br />Sean McCartney, Principal Planner <br /> <br />Approval of Agenda <br />Fasick moved to approve the agenda, Poppitz seconded the motion. It was approved <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />Approval of Minutes April 18, 2011 <br />There were changes noted by Koertje. With no other changes, Koertje moved to <br />approve the minutes, Poppitz seconded the motion. It was unanimously approved. <br /> <br />Public Comments on Items Not on the Agenda <br />Doug Grinsberg thanked the HPC for hosting the energy sustainability discussion at the <br />recent workshop at the library.
