Via Appia <br />6:00 PM <br /> <br />1. The meeting was called to order by Michael Frontczak at 6: 1 0 pm <br /> <br />2. Roll call was taken and the following members were present: <br /> <br />Michael Frontczak <br />Tim Gilpin <br />Jeff Haffner <br />Matt Tepe <br />Ellen Toon <br /> <br />Board members absent: Theresa Rounds, Susan Spaulding, Fred Banta <br /> <br />Staff members present: Scott Robson, Director of Land Management <br />and Chris Lichty, City Forester <br /> <br />City Council member present: Dave Clabots, Ward 1 <br /> <br />3. The Board approved the proposed agenda. <br /> <br />4. The Board approved the minutes from the regular meeting held on April 5. <br /> <br />5. No public comments on items not on the agenda. <br /> <br />6. Guest Scott Robson provided an overview of chem icals used by CoCa I to <br />control weeds in medians, along streets and in some smaller parks. (Larger <br />parks are maintained by Parks & Recreation Dept. rather than Land <br />Management Dept. For the most part, same chemicals are used.)
