Koertje moved and Fasick seconded a motion to approve <br />the minutes as corrected. Motion passed unanimously by voice vote. <br /> <br />Public Comments on Items Not on the Agenda <br />Jean Morgan commented on the recent City Council study session. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARINGGrant request – 501 South Street <br /> – <br />McCartney requested a continuance due to the fact the applicant had not returned an <br />amended porch design and cost estimate. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARINGGrant request – 1117 Jefferson Avenue <br /> – <br />Steward announced the public hearing and then recused himself as he is a neighbor of the <br />applicant. Stewart left council chambers.
