<br />ORDINANCE NO. 413 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 25 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE <br />OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE ENTITLED "ZONING" BY ZONING <br />THE PROPERTY ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE BY <br />ORDINANCE NO. 411 AS PETITIONED BY WOOD BROS. HOMES, INC. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The City of Louisville has annexed certain real property by <br />Ordinance No. 411 and, <br />WHEREAS, it is necessary that the zoning thereof be determined, <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF LOUISVILLE, <br /> <br />COLORADO: <br /> <br />Section 1. That Section 25.17 of the Municipal Code of the City of <br />Louisville, entitled Zoning Map, shall be amended to include the following des- <br />cribed property and that each tract shall be zoned in accordance with the zoning <br />indicated after each description: <br /> <br />a. TRACT A <br />A parcel of land located in the northwest one-quarter <br />(NW 1/4) of Section 8, Township 1 South, Range 69 West <br />of the 6th P.M., Boulder County, Colorado, more parti- <br />cularly described as follows: Beginning at the west <br />one-suarter (W 1/4) corner of said Section 8; thence <br />N 00 00'1211 W, 1,182.51 feet along the west line of <br />said northwest one-quarter (NW 1/4) ~o the TRUE POINT <br />OF BEGINNING; theBce continuing N 00 00'1211 W, 809.00 <br />feat; thence S 89 40'5911 E, 1,050.00 feet; thence S <br />26 05'0011 W, 62.18 feet to a point of curvature; thence <br />southwesterly along the arc of said curve to the <br />right whose radius is 428.06 feet and whose central <br />angle is 38036'15" an arc distance of 288.41 feet to <br />a point of reversed curve; thence southwesterly along <br />the arc of said reversed curve to the left wHose radius <br />is 400.00 feet and whose central angle is 70 26'52" an <br />arc distance of 491.82 beet; thence S 84014'23" W, <br />5o.0B feet; thence S 71 24'00" W, 444.65 feet; thence <br />S 89 59'48" W, 123.03 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING, <br />containing 12.862 acres more or less. <br /> <br />Said parcel shall be zoned - Residence R2 <br /> <br />b.
