<br />ORDINANCE NO. 413 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 25 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE <br />OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE ENTITLED "ZONING" BY ZONING <br />THE PROPERTY ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE BY <br />ORDINANCE NO. 411 AS PETITIONED BY WOOD BROS. HOMES, INC. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The City of Louisville has annexed certain real property by <br />Ordinance No. 411 and, <br />WHEREAS, it is necessary that the zoning thereof be determined, <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF LOUISVILLE, <br /> <br />COLORADO: <br /> <br />Section 1. That Section 25.17 of the Municipal Code of the City of <br />Louisville, entitled Zoning Map, shall be amended to include the following des- <br />cribed property and that each tract shall be zoned in accordance with the zoning <br />indicated after each description: <br /> <br />a.
