<br />ORDINANCE NO. 421 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE LOUISVILLE MUNICIPAL CODE BY ADDING A NEW CHAPTER <br />ENTITLED "CHAPTER 4A - PERSONNEL POLICIES" WHICH CHAPTER PROVIDES AMONG <br />OTHER THINGS, FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF POLICIES REGARDING PAY SCALES, VACA- <br />TIONS, HIRING, TERMINATION, AND SICK LEAVE, AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR <br />PARTS THEREOF OR PARTS OF THE LOUISVILLE MUNICIPAL CODE IN CONFLICT THEREWITH. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LOUiSVILLE, COLORADO: <br /> <br />Section 1. The City Council shall have authority to <br />provide, by ordinance or resolution, for City employees' hours of employ- <br />ment, working conditions, vacations, sick leave, classification and sal- <br />ary schedules, group life insurance, hospitalization and medical care, <br /> <br />" <br />workman's compensation, and such other accepted personnel benefits as the <br />Council finds is in the public i~terest, and the Council may contribute. <br />
