<br />CityCouncil <br />Study Session Summary <br />January 24, 2012 <br />Library Meeting Room, 951 Spruce Street <br />7:00 <br />PM <br />st <br />The City Council met in a study session at 7:00 p.m. in the 1FloorMeeting <br />Room at the Louisville Public Library at 951 Spruce Street, Louisville, Colorado. <br />The following persons were present: <br />City CouncilPresent:Mayor Bob Muckle <br />Hank Dalton <br />Emily Jasiak <br />Jay Keany <br />Susan Loo <br />Ron Sackett <br />Frost Yarnell <br />Staff Present:Malcolm, Fleming, City Manager <br />Heather Balser, Deputy City Manager <br />Joe Stevens, Parks and Recreation Director <br />Bruce Goodman, Police Chief <br />Kevin Watson, Finance Director <br />Chris Browning, IT Manager <br />Susan Dellinger, GIS Coordinator <br />Others Present:Bobby Heath, President and CEO of Western Golf <br />Eric Jensen, PGA Director of Western Golf <br />Call to Order– <br />Update/Discussion –Golf Course Improvement Plan <br />In August of2011, the City hired Herfort Norby for professional services to <br />develop a Coal Creek Golf Course Improvement Plan. Mr. Kevin Norby attended <br />the meeting and provided an overview of the Plan. A phased implementation <br />plan for maintenance and infrastructure improvements was reviewed as well as <br />cost estimates. Discussion continuedrelative to what is currently contained in <br />the City’s Capital Improvement Plan and further opportunities and constraints <br />related to future funds. The Golf Course Advisory Board members attended the <br />meeting as well and provided comments on the Plan.
