The following persons <br />were present - <br /> <br />City Council Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Chuck Sisk, Don Brown, Dave Clabots, Arnie <br />Levihn, and Michele Van Pelt <br /> <br />City Council Absent: <br /> <br />Jay Keany and Sheri Marsella <br /> <br />Staff Present: <br /> <br />Heather Balser, Asst. City Manager for Govt. Relations <br />Julie Boyd, Deputy City Manager <br />Belinda Goebel, Administrative Assistant <br />Bill Simmons, City Manager <br />Bill Kingston, Police Commander <br />Carol Purfurst, Youth Librarian <br />Meredyth Muth, Community Facilitator <br /> <br />Mayor Sisk called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br /> <br />Public Comments <br />Carol Purfurst introduced members of the Youth Advisory Board. Rachel Miller, <br />Chair of the Youth Advisory Board, and Keegan Dougherty, Vice Chair of the <br />Youth Advisory Board, distributed copies of the Youth Advisory Board <br />Youth/Teen Center Survey. Mayor Sisk thanked Rachel & Keegan and agreed to <br />schedule a formal presentation of the results at an upcoming City Council Study <br />Session. <br /> <br />Review Schematic Drawings for City Hall Remodel <br />Julie Boyd introduced Greg McMenamin, McMenamin Design Associates, who <br />has prepared a proposal for remodeling City Hall. The proposal includes cost <br />estimates to bring the building in compliance with building codes, including the <br />installation of fire sprinklers, making the previous police department usable and <br />installing an HVAC replacement.
