<br />601186526 OS/21/92 02:12 PM REAL ESTATE RECOR~~ <br />F1734 CHARLOTTE HOUSTON BOULDER CNTY CO RECORDER <br /> <br />H--l <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1071 <br />SERIES 1992 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE 32 OF CHAPTER 13 OF THE <br />LOUISVILLE MUNICIPAL CODE CONCERNING SEWER USE <br />REGULATIONS. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that Article 32 of <br />Chapter 13 of the Louisville Municipal Code concerning sewer use <br />and industrial pretreatment is in need of updating and amendment in <br />order to conform to changing federal regulations; and <br /> <br />"... ,,," <br />;Ic,,> <br />1,)-/ <br /> <br />WHEREAS, such changes will result in a more effective and <br />comprehensive regulation of sewer usage and industrial <br />pretreatment; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the changes set <br />forth herein will help the speed the enforcement of violations so <br />as to stop reoccurring violations; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this ordinance is needed to protect the integrity of <br />the City's wastewater treatment facilities, its associated <br />structures and the receiving stream; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this ordinance is needed for the preservation of the <br />health and safety of the community. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br /> <br />Section 1. Sections 13.32.020.3., .47, and .49 of the <br />Louisville Municipal Code are repealed and reenacted with <br />amendments, a new definition of "CFR" is added, and all numbered <br />definitions following the alphabetical placement of the new <br />definition of CFR are correspondingly renumbered, as follows: <br /> <br />3. Authorized Representative of Industrial User. <br />Any representative that meets the signatory <br />requirements as set forth in 40 CFR, Section <br />403.12. <br /> <br />9. CFR. Code of Federal Regulations, as amended <br />or as same may be subsequently amended. <br /> <br />47. Siqnificant Industrial User. Any industrial <br />user of the City's wastewater disposal system <br />who is subj ect to categorical pretreatment <br />standards, or (a) has a discharge flow of <br />25,000 gallons or more per average work day or <br /> <br />1 <br />
