Call to Order -Mayor Sisk called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br /> City Council: <br /> Mayor Charles Sisk <br /> Sheri Marsella, Mayor Pro Tem <br /> Dave Clabots <br /> Hank Dalton (arrived at 7:10 PM) <br /> Bob Muckle (arrived at 7:05 PM) <br /> Frost Yarnell <br /> <br /> Absent: <br /> Ron Sackett <br /> Staff Present: <br /> Malcolm Fleming, City Manager <br /> Debbie Borelli, City Manager's Office <br /> Kevin Watson, Finance Director <br /> Paul Wood, Planning Director <br /> Sean McCarty, Principle Planner <br /> <br /> Also Present: <br /> Chris Pritchard, Planning Commission <br /> Scott Russell, Planning Commission <br /> Gail Hartman, Planning Commission <br /> Mayor Sisk announced that Conoco Phillips was the purchaser of Storage Tek. He went <br /> on to say that meetings had been scheduled with Conoco Phillips and individual council <br /> members and community leaders. Mayor Sisk also stated there were no plans for <br /> residential housing on that property. <br /> Mayor Sisk stated that he thought it best to start with the Comprehensive Plan and then <br /> come back to any items for the Planning Commission. <br /> 2. Presentation/Discussion/Update -Revision of Comprehensive Plan <br /> Paul Wood, Planning Director, introduced Scott Russell, new Planning <br /> Commissioner and provided background information on the Citywide <br /> Comprehensive Plan.
