CITY OF LOUISVILLE <br />JULY 5, 1988 <br />REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING <br />The City Council of the City of Louisville met in Regular Session in the <br />Council Chambers, 749 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado. Mayor Fauson <br />called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the following persons were <br />present: <br />Councilmembers: Randy Carnival, StE~ve Anderson, and Mike Mohr <br />Staff present: David Stahl, City i~dministrator <br />Steve Williamson, City Attorney <br />Larry Lillo, Direci~or of Community Services <br />Tom Phare, Director of Public Works <br />David McGuire, Acting Dir. of Community Development <br />Sharon Asti-Caranc:i,Director of Financial Services <br />Also present: Pam Ferris, City C:Lerk <br />William Hesson, Treasurer <br />Absent: Councilman Alan Scarpella <br /> Councilman John Sa<:kett <br /> Rod Leesman, Direci~or of Public Safety <br />APPROVAL OF THE <br />AGENDA Mayor Fauson stated that the <br /> item on the Consent Calendar related to the <br /> transfer of the liquor license for the Black <br /> Diamond would be moved to .Regular Business and the <br /> item on the Consent Calendar related to the <br /> Grazing Lease would be pulled by the request of <br /> the applicant. Stahl requested that Council add an <br /> Executive Session. to the Agenda. Fauson then <br /> asked if there were any other changes to the <br /> Agenda. None. Fauson moved and Anderson seconded <br /> that the agenda be approved as amended. Unanimous. <br />APPROVAL OF THE <br />CONSENT CALENDAR Mayor Fauson asked for any further changes to the <br /> Consent Calendar. None. Mayor Fauson moved and <br /> Anderson seconded ito approve the Consent Calendar <br /> as submitted.
