Via Appia <br />I. Call to Order - Sub - Committee Chair Gina Barton called the <br />meeting to order. Task Force members Michele Vanpelt, Rich <br />Bradfield, and Tom Tennessen were present along with Councilman <br />Lipton and Councilwoman Loo. Staff present included Heather <br />Balser, Joe Stevens and Kathy Martin <br />II. Review GreenPlay draft report- Members of the Subcommittee <br />gave feedback on the report and formulated a list of additional <br />questions and feedback for Greeplay. The following is the list of <br />questions: <br />• Require projections and more detail for revenue increase as a <br />results of your recommended fee increase as well as increase in <br />number of visits. <br />• Need more forecasting for revenue specific to projected <br />increasing programs and facility (including room) rental. <br />• Assuming attendance /admissions of 289,966 in 2015, the <br />subcommittee wants a forecast of annual admissions we might <br />reasonably anticipate when we reopen following expansion.
