The following persons <br />were present: <br /> <br />City Council Present: Mayor Bob Muckle <br /> Council member Chris Leh <br /> Mayor Pro Tem Jeff Lipton <br /> Council member Jay Keany <br /> Council member Susan Loo <br /> Council member Dennis Maloney <br /> Council member Ashley Stolzmann <br /> <br />Staff Present: Malcolm Fleming, City Manager <br /> Heather Balser, Deputy City Manager <br /> Joe Stevens, Parks and Recreation Director <br /> Meredyth Muth, City Clerk <br /> Emily Kropf, Assistant to the City Manager <br /> Ember Brignull, Open Space Manager <br /> Kelsey Harter, Ranger Naturalist <br /> Suzanne Janssen, Cultural Arts and Special Events <br />Coordinator <br /> <br />Call to Order – The meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM by Mayor Muckle <br /> <br />Presentation/Update – Cultural Arts Master Plan <br />Cultural Arts and Special events Coordinator Suzanne Janssen gave a <br />presentation of the draft Cultural Arts Master Plan (goals, partners, research, <br />findings). <br /> <br />Members discussed ideas such as: a separate public art board different from the <br />LCC; the need for more performing arts space; grant options; and other ways to <br />gather more information might help (American for the Arts Economic Impact <br />Study) <br />Council members were generally supportive of the Plan. <br /> <br />Presentation/Update – Ranger Naturalist Program
