<br />1. There is no 100 year floodplain on this site.
<br />2. Approval of the medians, signage, brick paving, and landscaping are subject to
<br />review by the City. Maintenance of these items shall be provided by the
<br />Homeowners Association, including damage by the City during repair or
<br />maintenance.
<br />3. Approval of the the signage is subject to review by the City of more detailed
