Cto <br />Louisville <br />COLORADO - SINCE h 78 <br />City Council <br />Study Session Summary <br />January 24, 2017 <br />Library Meeting Room, 951 Spruce Street <br />7:00 PM <br />The City Council met in a study session at 7:00 p.m. in the 1st Floor Meeting <br />Room at the Louisville Public Library at 951 Spruce Street, Louisville, Colorado. <br />The following persons were present: <br />City Council Present: <br />Staff Present: <br />Council member Chris Leh <br />Council member Susan Loo <br />Council member Dennis Maloney <br />Council member Ashley Stolzmann <br />Malcolm Fleming, City Manager <br />Heather Balser, Deputy City Manager <br />Kurt Kowar, Public Works Director <br />David Szabados, Facilities Maintenance Manager <br />Dawn Burgess, Executive Assistant to the City <br />Manager <br />Xcel Energy Craig Eicher, Tami Gunderzik, Conor Merrigan <br />(Brendle Group) <br />Sustainability Advisory Board Mark Persichetti <br />Members of Public Deb Fahey, RJ Harrington, Bill Cordel <br />Call to Order— The meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM by Council member <br />Loo <br />Presentation — Partners in Energy <br />Facilities Maintenance Manager Dave Szabados reviewed what the group has <br />done for the last 6 months. Xcel and Brendle Group have facilitated organizing, <br />creating data, and the group was able to come up with some actionable items. <br />Szabados said this project dovetails well into the Sustainability Action Plan. It <br />helps us understand what are the quantitative effects of an energy savings plan. <br />Szabados introduced Craig Eicher. Xcel believes it is best when they have buy -in <br />from partners/community.
