Historical Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />September 17, 2008 <br />City Hall <br />749 Main Street <br />6:30 PM <br />I. Call to Order <br />Chairperson Donna Hauswald called the meeting to order at 6:33 PM. <br />II. Roll Call was taken and the following members were present: <br />Commission Members Present: <br />Sally Burlingame, Dave Ferguson, Donna Hauswald, Alice Koerner, <br />Diane Marino, Dan Mellish, Sean Moynihan, Anne Robinson, Pat Seader, <br />Aline Steinbaugh, Colleen Vandendriessche <br />Commission Members Absent: <br />Virginia Caranci, Don Ross <br />City Representatives Present: <br />Bridget Bacon, Museum Coordinator <br />Meredyth Muth, Public Relations Manager <br />II. Approval of Agenda: All members approved the agenda. <br />IV. Approval of July Minutes: The August minutes were approved. <br />V. Public Comments Not on the Agenda: None <br />VI. Treasurer's Report -July <br />Previous Balance 937.52 <br />Expenses 8,620.82 <br />Receipts 8,809.8 <br />Checking 1,126.64 <br />Savings 23,036.72 <br />Total $24,163.36 <br />VII. Executive Director's Report <br />A. Applicants for Commission vacancies should submit letters to Mayor Sisk by <br />November 3, 2008. Aline Steinbaugh stated that she is not planning to apply <br />for another term <br />B. Muth reminded members that Commission members are required by the City <br />Charter to attend Open Government Training once every two years. This fall's <br />trainings are on Wednesday, November 5th at 7:00 PM and and Thursday, <br />November 6th at 9:00 AM. Both sessions will be in City Council Chambers. <br />VIII.
