The meeting was called to order at 7 00 p.m. <br /> 2. Review and Approval of Minutes, October 16, 1997 Meeting: Minutes approved as <br /> written by unanimous voice vote. <br /> Q Member Cullison-Have all the codes been accepted by Council? <br /> A. Tom Talboom- Yes. We have adopted the codes as presented. We will be havmg a <br /> hearing on the International Plumbing Code this next year, so we remain with the 1994 <br /> Uniform Plumbing Code. As a note there is a provision in the Uniform Swimming Pool <br /> and Hot Tub Code for redundant drains. <br /> 3 Election of Officers. Motion made and seconded to retain Giles Schurman as Chairman. <br /> Motion approved by unanimous voice vote Motion made and seconded to retain Greg <br /> Cullison as Vice Chairman. Motion approved by unanimous voice vote. Motion made <br /> and seconded to redesignate Tom Talboom as the Secretary to the Board. Motion <br /> approved by unanimous voice vote. <br /> 4 Designation of Public Posting Place. <br /> Sam Light- State open meetings law requires that the Board, at the first annual meeting of each <br /> year, designate the place for the postmg of notice's of public meetings of the Board. I would ask <br /> that the Board entertam a motion to designate the display windows in the lobby at City Hall as <br /> the official place for posting of public meetings of the Board and also posting,when possible, in <br /> the Library and the City Recreation Center <br />
