~ity~~~ <br />Louisvi~; <br />COLORADO ~ SINCE 1882 <br />Historic Preservation Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />December 15, 2008 <br />City Hall <br />749 Main Street <br />7:00 PM <br />Call to Order -Chairperson Heather Lewis called the meeting to order at 7:05 PM. <br />Roll Call: <br />Commission Members Present: <br />Mike Koertje, Heather Lewis, Greg McMenamin, Melanie Julian Muckle, <br />Laurel Tofte, and Stephen Whiteman <br />Commission Members Absent: <br />None <br />City Representatives: <br />Meredyth Muth, Public Relations Manager <br />Approval of Agenda <br />Muckle asked that item 6A -Old Town Historic District Update be removed from the <br />agenda as there was no report ready on this item. Koertje moved to approve the agenda <br />as amended, Muckle seconded the motion. It was unanimously approved. <br />Approval of Minutes -November 17, 2008 <br />Whiteman noted that the minutes state his initial estimate that plaques could cost up to <br />$1000 each. He wanted to clarify that that estimate is likely high, and they shouldn't cost <br />that much. <br />Whiteman moved to approve the minutes, Koertje seconded the motion. It was <br />unanimously approved. <br />Public Comments on Items Not on the Agenda <br />None. <br />PUBLIC HEARING -Demolition Request 1800 Plaza Drive <br />Lewis asked members if anyone had any conflicts of interest to report.
