citygf <br />Louisville <br />COLORADO • SINCE 1878 <br />Planning Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />October 9, 2014 <br />City Hall, Council Chambers <br />749 Main Street <br />6:30 PM <br />Call to Order — Pritchard called the meeting to order at 6:29 P.M. <br />Roll Call was taken and the following members were present: <br />Commission Members Present: Chris Pritchard, Chairman <br />Steve Brauneis, arrived 7:00 pm <br />Jeff Moline <br />Tom Rice <br />Scott Russell <br />Commission Members Absent: Cary Tengler, excused <br />Ann O'Connell, Secretary, excused <br />Staff Members Present: Troy Russ, Director of Planning and Building Safety <br />Sean McCartney, Principal Planner <br />Approval of Agenda — <br />Moline moved and Rice seconded a motion to approve the agenda. Motion passed by voice <br />vote. <br />Approval of Minutes — <br />Quorum not present to approve minutes from September 11, 2014. Jeff Moline had excused <br />absence. Minutes are continued. <br />Public Comments: Items not on the Agenda <br />None. <br />Regular Business — <br />➢ AT&T Antennae — Louisville Recreation Center: Resolution No. 2, Series <br />2014 - A request for a special review use (SRU) to allow for the placement of 3 <br />sectors of four (4) 8 foot tall rooftop antennas, totaling 12 antennas. <br />• Applicant, Owner and Representative: Cliff Spencer <br />• Case Manager: Scott Robinson, Planner II <br />Russ states the applicant requests another continuance to November. Applicant has been <br />working with the landowner, Parks and Recreation Department, City Manager, as well as the <br />neighborhood. They are trying to find an alternative to the issues raised at the initial hearing. <br />There is nothing in the Louisville Municipal Code stating the applicant cannot ask for another <br />continuance, and there is no finding that Staff would recommend against it.
