citygf <br />Louisville <br />COLORADO • SINCE 1878 <br />Planning Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />April 23, 2015 <br />City Hall, Council Chambers <br />749 Main Street <br />6:30 PM <br />Call to Order — Chairman Pritchard called the meeting to order at 6:30 P.M. <br />Roll Call was taken and the following members were present: <br />Commission Members Present: Chris Pritchard, Chairman <br />Cary Tengler, Vice Chairman <br />Steve Brauneis <br />Tom Rice <br />Scott Russell <br />Commission Members Absent: Ann O'Connell, Secretary <br />Jeff Moline <br />Staff Members Present: Troy Russ, Director of Planning and Building Safety <br />Scott Robinson, Planner II <br />Approval of Agenda — <br />Brauneis made motion and Tengler seconded to approve the agenda. Motion passed by voice <br />vote. <br />Approval of Minutes — <br />Brauneis made motion and Russell seconded to approve April 9, 2015 minutes. Motion passed <br />by voice vote. Tengler abstained. <br />Public Comments: Items not on the Agenda <br />None. <br />Regular Business — Public Hearing Items <br />➢ Small Area Plan — South Boulder Road (Alternatives) <br />Commission submission of emails: <br />Emails from Commissioner Jeff Moline, Herbert C Newbold, PE (Main Street Property Holdings <br />II, LLC), Carrie S Bernstein (Alderman Bernstein), and Kevin Purdy, resident. Motion made by <br />Tengler to enter emails, seconded by Brauneis.
