Hsu moved and <br />Moline seconded a motion to approve the amended August 10, 2017 agenda. Motion passed <br />by voice vote. <br />Approval of Minutes: <br />Hsu moved and Moline seconded a motion to approve the June 8, 2017 minutes. Motion <br />passed by voice vote. O'Connell abstains. <br />Approval of Minutes: <br />Moline moved and O'Connell seconded a motion to approve the July 13, 2017 minutes. Motion <br />passed by voice vote.
