6 City«f <br />Louisvine <br />COLORADO • SINCE 1878 <br />Planning Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />September 13th, 2018 <br />City Hall, Council Chambers <br />749 Main Street <br />6:30 PM <br />Call to Order — Chair Brauneis called the meeting to order at 6:30 PM. <br />Roll Call was taken and the following members were present: <br />Commission Members Present: Steve Brauneis, Chair <br />David Hsu, Vice Chair <br />Dietrich Hoefner <br />Jeff Moline <br />Keaton Howe <br />Commission Members Absent: Tom Rice <br />Debra Williams <br />Staff Members Present: Rob Zuccaro, Dir of Planning & Building Safety <br />Lisa Ritchie, Associate Planner <br />Felicity Selvoski, Planner I <br />Elizabeth Schettler, Sr. Administrative Assistant <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Moline moved and Hsu seconded a motion to approve the September 13th, 2018 <br />agenda. Motion passed unanimously by voice vote. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />Moline moved and Hoefner seconded a motion to approve the August 9th, 2018 <br />minutes. Motion passed unanimously by voice vote. Howe abstained due to his absence <br />at the meeting. <br />None. <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA <br />NEW BUSINESS — DISCUSSION/DIRECTION <br />Transportation Master Plan <br />Applicant and Representative: City of Louisville <br />Case Manager: Rob Zuccaro, Director of Planning and Building Safety and Lisa Ritchie, <br />Associate Planner <br />Zuccaro introduced Shaida Libhart, the City's primary consultant at Traffic Engineers, <br />Inc. (TEI) for the City Transportation Plan. The September meeting would be the first of <br />several meetings with the Commission.
