RESOLUTION NO. 12 <br />SERIES 2021 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT <br />REGARDING THE DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF THE 104TH STREET <br />CONNECTOR TRAIL <br />WHEREAS, there has been proposed an intergovernmental agreement among the City of <br />Louisville, City of Lafayette, and Boulder County to allocate costs and responsibilities among the <br />parties concerning the design and construction of a trail in the S. 104"' Street corridor, which would <br />connect the Coal Creek and Rock Creek trails; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council desires to approve the intergovernmental agreement by this <br />Resolution. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br />Section 1. The 104t' Street Connector Trail Intergovernmental Agreement <br />("Agreement") between the City of Louisville, City of Lafayette, and Boulder County, a copy of <br />which Agreement accompanies this Resolution, is hereby approved. <br />Section 2.
