Call to Order: Chairperson Donna Hauswald called the meeting to order at 6:38 PM. II. Roll Call was taken and the following members were present: Commission Members Present: Sally Burlingame, Virginia Caranci, Brian Chamberlin, Donna Hauswald, Alice Koerner, Sean Moynihan, Anne Robinson, Don Ross, Dustin Sagrillo, and Pat Seader Commission Members Absent: Dave Ferguson, Diane Marino, Dan Mellish, and Colleen Vandendriessche City Representatives Present: Bridget Bacon, Museum Coordinator Meredyth Muth, Public Relations Manager III. Approval of Agenda: All members approved the agenda. Minutes from the November meeting were not yet available for review and approval. IV. Introduction of New Members: Brian Chamberlin and Dustin Sagrillo were introduced and welcomed. V. Public Comments Not on the Agenda: Louisville resident Jean Morgan reported that the historic miners' cabins that had belonged to Mrs. Downer, which she would like to see preserved, had been damaged by falling branches and need repair. VI. Approval of Designation of Places for Posting of Notice of Public Meetings: Muth explained that Section 24-6-402(2)(c) of the Colorado Open Meetings Law requires all public bodies of the City to designate the public place or places for posting of notices of public meetings. The designation must be made at the local body's first regular meeting of each calendar year. Members approved the following locations for posting of the meeting notices: • City Hall, 749 Main Street • Police Department/Municipal Court, 992 West Via Appia • Recreation/Senior Center, 900 West Via Appia • Louisville Public Library, 951 Spruce Street • The City's website at www.ci.louisville.co.us.
