Caleb Dickinson (arrived 9:40) <br />Councilmember Deb Fahey <br />Councilmember Chris Leh <br />Absent: Councilmember Maxine Most <br />Staff Present: Jeff Durbin, City Manager <br />Meredyth Muth, City Clerk <br />Mayor Stolzmann reminded everyone that it is MLK day and asked everyone to take a <br />moment to reflect on the meaning of this today. <br />City Manager Durbin gave an update on fire recovery. <br />• Today is MLK day and City offices are closed. <br />• Public Works was able to secure fencing materials for the closure areas we <br />should have them in about 8 days. <br />• Peter Gibbons starts tomorrow as the new recovery manager; her came with <br />excellent references. <br />• Derbris removal phase 2 has started; to date 316 right -of -entry forms have been <br />submitted. <br />• The January 20 debris removal meeting has been posted so all of Council can <br />attend. <br />• CDPHE has approved the return to service methodology for those areas still <br />without water service; we are awaiting results pending satisfactory testing and <br />hope to return to pressurized service soon but those homes would still be under <br />do not drink regulations. <br />• The golf course is closed until at least Tuesday. <br />• Planning is working with Superior for a grant for planning support. <br />City of Louisville <br />City Council 749 Main Street Louisville CO 80027 <br />303.335.4536 (phone) 303.335.4550 (fax) www.LouisvilleCO.gov <br />
