Caleb Dickinson <br />Councilmember Deb Fahey <br />Councilmember Chris Leh <br />Councilmember Maxine Most <br />Staff Present: Jeff Durbin, City Manager <br />Meredyth Muth, City Clerk <br />Mayor Stolzmann stated this is now a regular study session meant to keep the Council <br />updated on the fire recovery. The Council will not take action on any items at these <br />study sessions. <br />City Manager Durbin introduced Peter Gibbons the City's new Disaster Recovery <br />Manager. He previously worked for Longmont as a recovery manager for the 2013 <br />flood. <br />City Manager Durbin gave an update on fire recovery. <br />• Gold Couse clubhouse rehabilitation work should be done today. <br />• People can opt out of debris removal after they have opted in, but we don't have <br />a date by when that decision must be made. <br />• The Mayor met with FEMA yesterday lobbying for full funding for the City's <br />recovery efforts. <br />• 1300 vehicles have been removed as a part of phase 2 debris removal from the <br />right-of-way. 425 right -of -entry forms have been submitted and 11 opt out forms <br />submitted for Louisville. <br />• A new senior planner starts today; Lafayette has offered planning support to <br />Louisville as well. <br />• Planning and Building is working on rebuilding and building code FAQs and code <br />analysis that Council will discuss at a later meeting. <br />City of Louisville <br />City Council 749 Main Street Louisville CO 80027 <br />303.335.4536 (phone) 303.335.4550 (fax) www.LouisvilleCO.gov <br />
